Your New Checks Are in the Mail

When to Expect Your First Order of Checks

If you ordered checks when you opened your account, you should receive your initial order of checks and deposit tickets within 10 business days. In the meantime, please use the temporary checks you've received in your new account opening kit.

Ordering Checks Is Easy

If you have a previous check order on file for this account with Santander, you can reorder checks online, stop by your local branch, or call us at 1.877.768.2265.

If you have never ordered checks, or you'd like to order online, see steps below:

Step 1

Go to santanderbank.com and log into your Online Banking account.

Step 2

Go to the Customer Service tab.

Step 3

Click on Reorder Checks under Deposit Account Services.

Step 4

Select the account for which you want to order checks

You can also call us at 1.877.768.2265 or stop by your local branch to reorder your checks.

Receive debit card within 5-7 business days. Learn More

Online Banking Sign-in
Receive User ID within 7-10 business days after you've opened your account.

Receive Password within 7-10 business days after you've opened your account. Learn More
