Some of our checking accounts include a $3 paper statement fee. If you have Santander Basic Checking, Student Value Checking, or Simply Right® Checking, please enroll in Paperless Statements, with Online Banking, to avoid this paper statement fee.

You may have been prompted about Paperless Statements during your first login to Online Banking, but if you didn't sign up and would like to, please Sign up Today.


To receive Paperless eStatements, you must be enrolled in Online Banking.

Step 1
Log in to Online Banking or the mobile app.

Step 2
Select “Statements and Documents” on the left side navigation.

Step 3
Click on the banner in Online banking that says, "Set Up Your Paperless Service Here." In the Mobile app select "Go Paperless."

Step 4
Choose “Paperless” for the desired accounts.

Step 5
Click “continue,” and on the following page, confirm your selection and you’re done.
