Enrolling online for Online Banking with BillPay is convenient and simple — and will take only a few minutes.
To enroll online, you must be a U.S. resident and will need your:
- Social Security Number
- Account number
- Current Address
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number and Email Address
- Mother’s maiden name
For your security, we will validate your identity during the enrollment process. In most cases, once your identity has been verified, you gain immediate access to Online Banking with BillPay and will be prompted to select a User ID and Password. In the event that your enrollment cannot be completed based on the information provided, you will receive your User ID and Password by mail within 7-10 days.
If you do not have your account or Social Security Number or are not a U.S. resident, you may enroll by contacting a Personal Banking Representative at 877-768-2265, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, 7 days a week. Outside the United States, please call 401-432-0749.
