Before logging into your Online Banking account for the first time, you’ll need temporary login credentials.
If you requested Online Banking at account opening you should have received temporary credentials from the branch or when you opened an account.
If you don’t have your login credentials: If you did not receive your credentials at the branch or if you opened your account online or over the phone with our Customer Service Center:
- You can visit Santanderbank.com and enroll online by going to the Login drop down in the upper right hand side of the page. Within the drop down click on Enroll and enter the necessary information, or
- You can visit santanderbank.com and use the self-service features to retrieve your forgotten User ID and password, or
- You can request your credentials by calling the Customer Service Center at 1.877.768.2265 and get them over the phone, or your login credentials will be mailed to you within 7 – 10 business days
