Learn when you’ll receive your new Santander Business checks, as well as how to reorder checks, or get a copy of a check.

How do I order a copy of a check and how much does it cost? 

An original check may not always be available to be returned to you because most paper checks are now destroyed by the bank of deposit and a substitute check is created. However, since the substitute check is the legal equivalent of the original check, you would be able to print it in Business Online Banking. There is no cost for check copies.

When will my new checks arrive? 

You should receive your new business checks and deposit tickets within 10 business days after you open your account. If you ordered checks at account opening and have not received your business checks and deposit tickets within this period, contact our check supplier, Deluxe Business Advantage, at 1-800-252-3414.

How do I place a stop payment on a check written from my business account?

You may place a stop payment on a check that has not cleared your account through Business Online Banking, by selecting “Stop Payments” on the left side of the screen and following the on-screen prompts, or by visiting any Santander branch.
