When can I expect to receive my new card?

Your new Santander Business Debit Mastercard® and Personal Identification Number (PIN) will arrive within 7 business days after opening your account.

Important: For added security, your new card and PIN will arrive in separate unmarked envelopes, so be sure to watch your mail and be careful not to accidentally throw them away.

What should I do when I receive my card?

Call 1-877-726-0631 to activate your card or activate it at any Santander ATM. Once activated, you’ll have immediate access to the available funds in your account and can begin making purchases using your card.

How does my Santander® Business Debit Mastercard® help protect me from fraud?

  • An embedded chip provides enhanced security for your card.
  • Your card includes protection from fraudulent purchases on your card when you promptly notify us – no matter how large or small the transaction. Certain limitations apply.**

Will my card work when I travel?

Your card is designed to work for you and your business whether you travel domestically or internationally. If you are planning to travel, call to notify us of any upcoming international travel to avoid interruption when you use your card.
