For New Business Debit Cardholders

When to expect your new business debit Mastercard

Your new Santander Business Debit Mastercard® and Personal Identification Number(PIN) will arrive within 7 days after opening your account. It’s important to note, your new card and PIN will arrive in separate unmarked envelopes for security purposes. So keep an eye out for them. Once you receive your new card, call 1-877-726-0631 to activate it or activate at any Santander ATM. Once activated, you’ll have immediate access to the funds in your account.

Your card is designed to work for you and your business whether you travel domestically or internationally. If you are planning to travel, call to notify us of any upcoming international travel to avoid interruption when you use your card.
