How to update your profile

We can always provide you with a one-time passcode if we don't have your contact information. 

  1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App and select the gear icon on the top left of your screen.
  2. Tap "Profile" from the main menu.
  3. Under "Manage Profile" tap the contact information to be updated.
  4. Review and update your information.  
  1. Log in to Online Banking and click “Update Profile” from the Overview screen,
or click on “Profile Management” using the Action menu.
  2. Click “Manage Contact Details” under the Personal Information section. 3 Review and update your contact information.
