 | Verify Your Income In order to move to the next stage, we'll need documentation that verifies the amount and sources of your income. You will receive status updates with action items to complete, including uploading documents and electronically signing documents. Click here for a checklist that tells you what is required to upload based on your sources of income. |
 | Receive Your Initial Credit Decision Our underwriting department will review your application and provide the initial credit decision via our on-line portal or a letter. If approved, the letter will include the terms and conditions of the loan, including required proof of income. You will then select the closing option that is most convenient for you. |

 | Receive Your Final Approval After all documents are received, if you are approved, a Santander representative will contact you to discuss the final terms of approval and schedule the closing. You will be given closing options including remotely or in person at your local branch, where you will sign all applicable documents. |
 | Rescission Period If the line is secured by your primary residence, you will have 3 business days after signing to decide if you wish to proceed with the line and may cancel with no cost or obligation. |
 | Receive Your Funds Congratulations! Funds will be available for you to access by check or direct deposit on the 4th business day after closing. |
