Order Routing Practices
Regulations require Santander Securities LLC to make available quarterly reports that present a general overview of our routing practices. These reports identify the significant venues to which customers' orders were routed for execution during the applicable quarter. Santander Securities LLC transmits our customer orders to our clearing firm, National Financial Services, LLC (NFS), and Pershing LLC (Pershing), Members NYSE/SIPC. NFS and Pershing may then route these orders to various venues for execution.
