Your New Debit Card is on Its Way
When Will Your Debit Card and PIN Arrive?
Your new Debit Mastercard® and Personal Identification Number (PIN) will arrive within 5–7 business days after opening your account.
For added security, your card and PIN will arrive in two separate unmarked mailings, so be sure to watch your mail and make certain you don't accidentally toss them away.
Consumer customers can now create/change their PIN through the Santander Mobile Banking App.
What to Do When You Receive Your Card?
Call 1.877.726.0631, go to any Santander ATM, or download our Mobile Banking app to activate your new personal debit card.
Once activated, you can create/change PIN through the Santander Mobile Banking App. You will then have immediate access to the funds.
