Log in with your temporary user ID and password.
Follow the prompts to complete the enrollment process.

Log in to Online Banking with your temporary User ID and Password.
You will be prompted to create a new personalized password to get started.
Don’t have or forgot your temporary credentials?:
1. Visit santanderbank.com and click on Login.
2. Click on Forgot User ID.
3. Follow the prompts to retrieve your forgotten User ID and Password.
