Interested parties are able to review the content provided by selecting the linked documents and/or navigating over to the "Quick Links" section of the website. The Bank is able to provide this information as hard copies or in another form acceptable to the requestor; however, please note we may charge a reasonable fee to cover copying and mailing expenses. The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requires the following information to be maintained in a public file, current as of April 1, of each year:
- A map of each Assessment Area (AA) showing the boundaries of the area that identifies the geographies contained within.
- Additionally, users are able to view a map of the Bank's Operational Footprint as well as a list of the Bank's AAs
- A list of branch locations, as well as branches opened or closed by the Bank during the current year and each of the prior two calendar years by their street address and geography.
- Additionally, users are able to view branch servicing information that includes hours of operation.
- The Bank's CRA Disclosure Statements contain small business and small farm activity for the prior two years. The Bank has included instructions for retrieving CRA Disclosure Statements from the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council’s (FFIEC) website.
- The Bank is required to report Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data related to its residential mortgage lending; this information is available online and may be obtained from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's (CPFB) Website: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/data-research/hmda
- The Bank has included instructions for users to utilize if they need assistance accessing the HMDA Data maintained on the CFPB's site
- The Bank has included Consumer Auto Loan data activity for the prior two calendar years.
