How do I add a new transfer recipient in mobile banking?
Adding an External Account through Mobile Banking
- Tap the Money Movement icon ►Tap Transfer
- Tap “Transfer To”
- Tap “Other Accounts”
- Tap the icon next to “Search for Recipient”
To a Santander Bank account:
- Tap “Santander Account”
- Enter New Recipient’s Information:
- Last Name
- Account Number
- Zip Code
- Nickname
- Tap “Done”
Result: For Authentication Purposes, a One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to the registered Cell Phone number on file. - Enter the One-Time Passcode
Result: The following message will display: “New recipient has been successfully added”
To an account outside of Santander Bank:
- Tap “Other Account”
- Select “Account Type”
- Select “Account Owner”
- Select “Profile”
- Enter New Recipient’s Information:
- Full Name
- Routing Number
- Confirm Routing Number
- Account Number
- Confirm Account Number
- Nickname
- Tap “Done”
Result: For Authentication Purposes, a One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to the registered Cell Phone number on file - Enter One-Time Passcode (OTP)
Result: The following message will display, “New recipient has been successfully added”
