Select ATM & Debit Card Services to request a new or replacement debit card. You can also put your debit card on hold and report a lost or stolen card here.
If you prefer to call, you will need your telephone banking PIN number. If you haven’t set up your telephone banking PIN or don’t remember it, call the number on the back of your card and speak to one of our Customer Service Advisors.
To change your debit card PIN by calling the number on the back of your card, select 3 from the automated menu. After entering your Social Security Number and your telephone PIN number (different than your debit card PIN), you will hear your balances. You can then select 4 from the menu to change your debit card PIN number.
If you go to an ATM, please note you can change your PIN number only if you know your existing debit PIN number. If you don’t know your existing PIN number, you will have to call the phone number on the back of the card and request a new PIN number to be mailed to you.
